Scott's JPEG Commenter is a program to edit comments in JPEG files. It has a user-friendly design and powerful comment editor with built in image thumbnail viewer. It supports multiple comments per JPEG file. You can go forward and backward through the comments. You can delete comments, edit existing comments, and create new comments.
It works with all modern versions of Windows, including 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. License: The program is free for noncommercial use. There are no nags, expirations, disabled features, timeouts, delays, or other irritants in the software.
